Returns
- You may return items within 30 days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Please contact our customer service team at teptepbabies@gmail.com to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@teptepbaby.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Exchanges without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.
- If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items.
- Personalized items include, but are not limited to, customized products with names, initials, or any other personalized elements.
- All Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these items.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at teptepbabies@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
